How We Operate:
· We require 50% of total cost to reserve rentals
· Deposits are non refundable.
· Some items require an additional damage deposit at time of pick-up.
· Customer will be responsible for replacement of damaged rentals.
· Rentals must be returned as agreed or additional fees will apply.
· Delivery is available for an additional fee. (Local delivery $35.00)
Linen Rental Return Policy:
Linens must be returned free of debris and food waste! They must also be dry to prevent mildew and folded to expedite check in. If hangers were supplied they must be returned to avoid charges.
***Please Note***
Any linens returned with cuts, staple tears, candle wax, burn holes, or stains that cannot be removed, the customer will be charged the replacement cost of the linens.
Dish Rental Return Policy:
All dishes rented must be returned washed and clean. If food is still on the dishes, the customer will be charged a cleaning fee equal to ½ the rental price per item that is not cleaned.
The customer will be responsible for the replacement cost of any damaged or broken dishes.
